My favorite oil paints are Maimeri Classico. I’ve used them for a long time now. I went to order some from Jerry’s. The price of a 150ml tube is close to $20 now. I can’t justify paying that when there are more affordable but just as good oil paints. It adds up fast. I’ve learned over the years which brands I don’t/do like. Even Permalba is expensive! $19.64 for a 150ml tube. I checked two other art supply sites and both were slightly more than Jerry’s! I’m trying a white called “great White” it costs $12.99 for 150ml tube.[on Jerry’s] I am going to try it and see if I like it. Classico paints used to be affordable but not any more. I’ll have to hope they go on sale. If any of you know of a good place on line to buy them, I’d appreciate a shout out.

I am working on the last of the Big Bang paintings. Maybe after this, I’ll do some pastels or drawing. Sigh. Always something.

UPDATE: Jackson’s art supplies had 60ml Classico for $8.15. Jerry’s is $8.85! 70cents adds up! I’ll have to order from them soon!
